Funding
Priorities
There are
many ways that individuals, companies, foundations, and
organizations can make a different at the University of
Cambodia. The current campaign in progress includes the
development of the University of Cambodia’s Phnom Penh
branch and the development of a First Class, Western model
University in our Siem Reap branch.
Recently,
the Foundation successfully raised over $14 million to begin
the development of the new University of Cambodia campus.
The generous donation by Dr. Haruhisa Handa, Chancellor, The
University of Cambodia, will lay down the new foundation for
University of Cambodia, Phnom Penh branch. The Foundation
continues its work to raise additional funding to construct
a larger library building and student dormitories for the
new UC, Phnom Penh campus.
In
addition, the Foundation continues to seek individuals,
organizations, and businesses that are passionate about
education, who would like to leave a lasting legacy on
Cambodia’s future, by helping develop The University of
Cambodia, Siem Reap campus. This state of the art campus
models the American universities design and will be located
on more than 60 hectares of land which near the majestic
Angkor Wat complex.
You may
wish to make a gift to a specific college or department on
campus, help support UC students directly by giving to
scholarships, donate resource to the Toshu Fukami Library,
or make a gift to the Annual Endowment Fund to help the
University build its capacity to offer quality education and
